Rules of behaviour of admins at Amateri.com
  1. The main mission of the admin is to help and assist the users of the Amateri.com platform.
  2. Admin deals with users decently, with dignity and professionally.
  3. Admin may not establish personal relationships with users during working hours and through work accounts.
  4. Admin may not communicate with users outside the platforms used and expressly designated by the operator of Amateri.com.
  5. Admin is obliged to protect the privacy of users with whom they come into contact.
  6. The admin must not communicate with anyone about the facts that they learn about during the performance of their work.
  7. Admin may interrupt communication with the user or completely ignore them in case the user behaves aggressively, rudely, vulgarly or in any other way inappropriately.
  8. Admin does not disclose information to users about internal conditions and matters in the company for which they work.
  9. During the performance of their work, the admin investigates all circumstances that may influence their decision.
  10. Admin handles user requests without delay, and in the case of a complaint, within 30 days at the latest.
